The cement/concrete mixer vehicle used for transprting large quantities of concrete has a very minimal arrangement for inspection and operating the opening at the back. This type of transportation saves time and space at the constrion site by supplying the pre-mixed concrete but also ignores the ease of operation by a human.

This looks like a classic case of trade-offs observed in so many automation scenarios. Most of the times, the automation of an operation offsets the ever so slight human involvement for sake for better mechanisms and processes. This design assumes that there will be no requirement for climbing up and doing any manual operations, but are all the situations looked into where there might be a need?
The ladder offers no platform, or support and can be a potential hazard for the workers who service the outlet of pre-mixed concrete in construction sites
