FOOT OVER BRIDGES

Pedestrians prefer to use roads than the foot over bridges.
Foot over bridges are designed so that it is easy for the pedestrians to walk across the roads. But the pedestrians prefer to walk across the road in heavy traffic rather than climb up the bridges. Even if barricades are provided to compel pedestrians to use these bridges ; they tend to find different ways to cross the roads. Here pedestrian cross the roads by bending under the barricades.
