Gas Cylinder

Whose problem is it, Gas Cylinder’s or the Stove’s?
Looking at the gas cylinder one cannot really say when to book a new one. There is no clue of when it is going to give up.
Should a stove tell us about it, like a car’s dashboard tells how much fuel is left in it.
