Three pin plug socket

Mohit Yadav - Pune

The three pin plug socket has been badly designed, by not keeping in mind, how it will be used if the user is only with a two pin plug. The inner mechanism of the socket, that gets triggered by the pin A (in 3 pin plug).

Bad Designs

While using a 2 pin plug, the user has to insert something in the socket where pin A gets inserted to open the socket holes for two pin plug, which is not desirable. The ideal way could be the mechanism gets triggered by both two pin and three pin plug, keeping it safe for kids as well as comfortable use at the same time.
