Coffee Mugs

Upasna Bhandari, Delhi

This is from a personal experience. I ordered a large comfort cup of Chocó latté. But when I picked it up from the handle attached to the mug, my fingers felt a great strain. Since the cup was full I had to keep the cup down after a while. It was not a good user experience since it was discomforting n painful. Also if one tried to support the cup from other hand there is no appropriate provision. The contents are super hot n you cannot support the cup either from bottom or rim of the cup.

Possible Solution: Padding the handle with something more comfortable. Providing a thermo –resistant rim to support with the other hand.
