Front Cam of 3G Mobile Phones

The 3G mobiles which are available in the market are bad designs why because while attempting the video calls the user has to put the cam in front of his face that means the user has to move according the lens of the camera.

So to avoid that problem why can't we move the cam lens according the user's by providing a operating button to the cam so that we can move according to the user.So final conclusion is according to me the 3G mobiles are the bad designs.
