Clogging of Kitchen-sink

name not revealed!?

After the dish-washing the kitchen sink gets choked.

Your mother always told you not to waste food and do not leave anything in your plate.

But this good gesture also has more than one intention. One is of course about the good manners she wants to pass on; the other one is that she doesn't want to see her kitchen sink choked. All the waste food one leaves in the plates goes to the sink and in turn chokes . The trap is made to avoid bigger food particles to enter the drain but it actually holds back the water.

Now to get rid of this, one has to use his or her hands to clean it.

It's a matter of common sense that one should not dump food stuff into the kitchen sink (even with an incinerator!).
BTW one easy solution for this problem: A DUSTBIN.
