Plates, cups, saucers and other tableware that are made of plastic are not biodegradable, It is possible to decompose ceramic forms but at an expense.
Bad Designs
As a lot of biodegradable materials with same properties that ceramic and plastic materials exhibit, are opening alternative options for a better and sustainable world, it's always wise to choose not to use Plastic and Ceramic utensils.
