As shown in the image, RPET section is open but BTER tab color is changed which signifies that BTER section is yet to open. As RPET is a Pre Engineering Test, thus special links for results, important dates etc should be available on its website. No such classification is there. Every link has been given the first prominence site which should ideally not be so. Information defined is not clear thus creating confusion. .jpg "Bad Designs")
