Direction of the gear confuses the user

The gear of a few two wheelers has to be handled in the opposite direction.
Bad Designs
This is contradictory to the usage of all the other function confusions like the brake etc. Every thing should be designed in an organised way.Giving contradictory designs can lead to confusion.
