Rotating keyholes create confusion

The key hole of the lock i snot fixed and when one tries inserting the key to open the lock it keeps rotating and generally takes time to come into the desired position.

 Then only the lock can be opened.It should be noted that these small details should be considered as a lot of things depends on detail.
