1st October Meet  

Its getting hotter in Hyderabad, so are the things with UMO+WUD. We've met up again in a micro climatic comfort zone of Cordys waiting lounge, Auriga block 7th floor, Vanenburg IT Park on 1st October to discuss about the progress and the activities to be done.

This time around we had to get stern and take up responsiblities, both event related and content related tasks. It refers back to the UMO tracks we have known through the previous posting:


TRACKS IN FOCUS:

  1. Sponsorships/ Presentation to HYSEA Committee
  2. Event related/ Responsibilities & Task allocation
  3. Social Issues/ Short listing & Assigning

We have had committed partcipation from Kanbay, SSA Global, Trina, Convergys and Cordys in taking up responsibilities. We shall keep you all updated about the volunteers and their responsibitties in a follow up mail to this.

I'll be there for the next meet. It sounds very exciting and things are moving at good pace.
Is there any brunch/lunch planned or we just meet. I think it'll be a good idea that we plan a brunch/lunch, even if we take some contribution from attendees, this will give something more to the meeting :-D

I'm seeing Auria block, cafeteria, waiting lounge etc and it looks like the place is cool...can we see some snaps of this area? I've just looked up Vanenburg IT park, it features in must-see-places in hyderabad.
