Problem with this type of screw caps is that after you take the medicine in spoon,
due to surface tension and profile of the bottle mouth the viscous liquid sticks there.
On screwing the cap back it leaks through the opening and jams the cap on drying up. Thus giving the bottle an unhygienic look and making it difficult to open it the next time.
