Stapler Pins are stuck

Stapler is widely used to pin up several papers at one place.
Bad Designs
This works with a spring action and hence the pins often get stuck and spoils the paper .Removing the stuck pin is also difficut. One has to very carefully remove keeping in mind not to tear the paper.
