Ventilator Pane Cleaning

Cleaning of ventilator panes is a very tedious job and becomes very difficult if one has to clean each and every component of it.
The ventilator is normally kept at a height which is not easily reachable and also it is not possible to reach each and every corner of it. But the problem doubles up if the ventilator is having different components as well as a niche. There should be a mechanism to dismantle the whole thing and then clean it.
Or is there a need to design a device for cleaning ventilator panes?
