One needs to open the lid at least 5-6 times, to grind something in this chutney jar!!
There is an engraved design in the jar lid, which looks good from outside.
From inside it has a deep engraved design where user’s fingers cannot reach easily. During the grinding process, the paste goes and sits in that engraved part. One needs to use the backside of a spoon to take out the paste. This process repeats at least 5-6 times.
Just to add to the looks one should not compromise with functionality. The relationship of form and function should be maintained in any product.
I am unable to get spare parts (both the jars of ) my mixer grinder juicer model JMG1842 from Delhi. Both the authorised dealers at delhi are unable to get a piece for me for the last one month. Please immedialtely arrangeone . My mobile no. 09818431017
