It's compulsory to change tyres after a specific period of time, especially in Formula races to keep better traction, and it is a rule in case of racing cars.
Bad Designs
This produces a great deal of waste that is not recycled. This waste should be recycled instead of burning which produces poisonous gases which harm the environment.
