The white and black strips on the footpath indicate that parking is allowed. It is when there are yellow and black strips that parking is strictly not allowed. In contradiction to this a NO PARKING board is placed which misleads many users.[image:umo2008/bd08/km17.jpg:Bad Designs:0]]
