Different brands of buses are run by APSRTC, so there is no consistency in the size of route number boards.

Bad Designs

To identify the buses, passengers need to read the number boards/plates which are usually kept beside the driver seat, but during day time, they aren’t readable because they are obstructed by wiper or text printed on glass. At night alsothey are not readable because of the glare from bus light and even from the glare of light in front of board, hence causing of lot of inconvenience to passengers.
