The board at the entrance of a building lists the floors & offices in a clean manner.

But the floors are listed in the order opposite to how they’re in real world – Ground floor is at the bottom, Top floor is at the top. Thus the order used to list the floors is not intuitive and will startle anyone at first – thus making the design clean, but not usable.
