Two Way Switches

K.Ajay, Hyderabad, India

A two-way switch can be identified by looking at it, but what about entering a dark room and figuring out whether it has been switched off or the tube itself is gone?

A two way switch has two input points and any one of them can be used to switch Off/On the appliance. But it adds to the problem when there is more than one switch present on the panel.

The different positions of the switches are neither able to suggest the status of the switch nor of the electric appliance. Again one has to press almost every switch at least once to map the switch with the appliance.
